Boston Rhythmic collects information that families provide through forms, email, our registration system (Jackrabbit), or direct communication. This includes names, contact details, and information about your child needed to manage enrollment and communicate about classes and programs.
How we use your information
We use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and class requests
- Manage student registration and enrollment
- Communicate program schedules, updates, and details
- Share relevant program announcements and promotions
One valid email address is required in each student's records for the duration of enrollment.
We do not sell your information
Boston Rhythmic does not sell, rent, or share family information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information is only shared as necessary to operate our programs (for example, with our registration and billing systems).
Website analytics and service providers
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics to understand website performance and how visitors interact with our pages. These services may process information such as page URLs, referral sources, browser and device details, approximate location, and interaction events.
Our inquiry forms and chat tools are provided through StudioHub, GoHighLevel, and LeadConnector. Registration and billing are handled through Jackrabbit. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the services you request.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or information about children to our website analytics tools.
Your choices
You may view, update, correct, or request deletion of your information at any time through our registration system or by contacting us by email. Once a child has stopped taking classes, you may opt out of future communications by contacting us.
