Terms
By enrolling a child in Boston Rhythmic programs, families agree to the following terms. Please read our full policies page for complete details on each section.
Registration and payment
First month tuition and the registration fee are due at the time of registration. Monthly tuition is charged automatically on the 1st of each month. A $25 late fee applies to overdue accounts. Camp tuition is due in full at registration.
Withdrawal
Written notice is required to withdraw from any Boston Rhythmic program. Notice must be given before the start of the student's last month of classes. The final month's tuition is due in full and is not prorated. Tuition cannot be paused for absences or vacations.
Refunds
Boston Rhythmic does not offer refunds for fees paid, with one exception: if the first class is not the right fit, your family can request a full refund within 24 hours after the first lesson. After that window, the standard withdrawal policy applies.
Make-up classes
Make-ups are available on a space-available basis and must be scheduled before the student's last day of classes. Make-ups are not transferable to other children, sessions, or camp programs.
Participation expectations
Students are expected to follow the dress code and respect coaches, classmates, and the Boston Rhythmic environment. Boston Rhythmic maintains an anti-bullying policy and is committed to a safe, inclusive space for every child.
Medical release and photo/video consent
By enrolling, families acknowledge the risks of participation in an active sport and release Boston Rhythmic from liability for injury. Families also grant Boston Rhythmic permission to use photos and video of their child for program marketing. See the full policies for complete language.
