After nine long months, several theaters at the Embassy Cinema in Waltham have been transformed into high ceiling dance halls full of ribbon and sparkle. Smaranda Albeck, owner of the local Rhythmic Gymnastics School has been behind this transformation and has worked tirelessly to successfully pull it off.
“We had to dig down to get to a flat surface, we poured new concrete level and then remodeled the room. It’s been a dream come true [and] it’s been a long road but [also] an amazing journey with awesome support,” said Albeck.
