PAYMENT, WITHDRAWAL and MAKE-UP POLICY

Fees: Your first month tuition and the registration fee is due upon registration. Your spot is only guaranteed once these fees are paid in full. In most cases, the registration fee is non-refundable. The monthly tuition is due in full, on the first of each month. Each student needs to have a credit card on file and cards will be charged automatically on the 1st of each month. In most cases, camp tuition is due in full the day you register.

Withdrawal: We require a written notice to withdraw from our programs. If you would like to withdraw from our programs, please fill out THIS FORM BEFORE the start of your last month of classes. Your last month tuition is due in full, no prorating, and we need notice BEFORE the month starts. We remove your card information from our files after we charge your last month tuition and all other due charges are paid in full.

For example, if you give a written withdrawal notice on January 10, your last month is February, we will charge your full February tuition on February 1st and your child can continue taking classes to the end of February

We can NOT put tuition “on hold” due to absence, vacations or other reasons – please adhere to the withdrawal policy.

Once you release your spot, it will be offered to other kids. Any make ups need to be scheduled before your last day of classes. Make-ups are NOT transferable to future sessions or other children. Paid fees are not transferable to future sessions or other children.

Refunds: We do not offer any refunds for any reason for all fees paid. There are two exceptions to this rule: If we make a mistake, we will refund you immediately. Also, you can request a FULL REFUND within 24 hours after your first lesson with us, if you feel we are not the right fit for you. After the 24 hour mark from your first lesson, the regular withdrawal policy takes effect (see above).

Discounts: Siblings get 10% discount (from the lower sibling tuition). If you take more than one class, the lower tuition class will receive a `10% multiclass discount.

Make-ups: We try to be as flexible as possible about make-ups and will work with you to resolve most situations. However, to maintain our quality standards, we can only schedule make-ups during classes that have openings. All make-ups should be scheduled BEFORE your last day of classes. Camp days cannot be used as make-ups. Camps are a separate program and should be paid separately. Missed classes cannot be transfered to other children or other sessions. For
